Payment:
I take payment via PayPal only and E-Transfer (Canadian Residents Only)All prices are charged in USDThe commission will not be started until payment has been received in full.Trying to downplay my work in any way in order to get a lower price, also known as "low-balling", will not be tolerated.

Refunds:
Finished work is non-refundable.
YCH are not refundable once progressed has startedIf the client wishes to terminate a commission that has progressed at a certain amount, I will refund a percentage of the price paid. This percentage will depend on how much work was done;Issuing a chargeback for a commission without prior communication will immediately get you blacklisted from future commissions.Rude behaviour or rushing the art may lead to a cancellation of the commission, a refund will be provided as normal based on the progress. I may cancel a commission due to personal reasons, In which case, a full refund is provided, regardless of progress.

Edits:
Major edits are only available during the sketch phase. Please take your time looking at the sketch work in progress before approving it.Any other major edit after the sketch phase will cost a minimum of $10 and can reach up to an indefinite amount depending on the type of commission and complexity of the edit.Once the commission is completed and given to you with approval, very minor edits can still be made up to 2 weeks after completion

I post all finished commissions on my socials. If you want a commission to be Private, please tell me before the commission is completed.If you want to create merch out of a commission by me or want to commission merch designs from me, you are free to contact me, and we will discuss a commercial use contract.Do not remove or tamper with any watermarks.
Art (wips and finished pieces) may not be used to train aiYou may repost your finished piece to any website as long as credit is given.I have no strict turnaround time or schedule for completing Commissions. Usual times are anywhere from half a week to 3 month completion time. If you need a commission done by a fixed time, a rush fee may be applied.
To minimize waiting times, please try your best to reply within a day or two to any commission-related messages that I send. I will also respond as fast as possible to any inquiries and updates you may be looking for within 24-48 hours
